automatically transferred to a fixed destination.

To create new Announcement, you can go to NextGenSwitch>  Incoming> Announcements, and this is where you will discover the most vital fields for configuration.

Name, To recognize or discern this announcement.

Voice, Here, you have the option to choose a recording from the drop-down list to be played in this announcement.

Select Function/Module, The user is allowed to select from a drop-down list of available modules to determine which module should be activated.

Select Destination, This serves as the designated call target to which the module should be routed.
