To create an new Survey, you can go to NextGenSwitch> Campaign> Survey, where you’ll find the most crucial fields for configuration.
Name, To identify the survey, please provide the unique code associated with it.
Voice, Please select the uploaded voice from the available options.
Type, There are three types of surveys available here.
Keys, Please add a key to set a message for the survey.
Destination, Select Function/Module, The user is allowed to select from a drop-down list of available modules to determine which module should be activated.
Select Destination, This serves as the designated call target to which the module should be routed.
