Use these guides to inspect NextGenSwitch modules, configuration fields, workflow examples, maintenance checks, and troubleshooting paths before planning a deployment.

Documentation describes application configuration. Carrier services, infrastructure, third-party providers, security hardening, compliance review, and managed operations are not automatically included.

How to Use These Docs

  1. Start with the installation guide for new environments.
  2. Move through the core modules based on your deployment flow.
  3. Review module notes, external dependencies, and operational responsibilities before going live.
  4. Validate instructions against the version and configuration running in your environment.

Use the official SDKs to create and modify calls, build escaped Voice XML, record audio, stream media to AI services, and parse Gather and Dial callbacks.

Check each repository README for the current installation channel. Python and Node.js may require GitHub installation until their first public registry releases.
