To generate a Leads, navigate to NextGenSwitch > Contact Center > Leads and Click on Create New Lead to start entering the lead information.

Name: To record the full name of the lead.

Designation: To specify the lead’s job title or role within their organization.

Phone: To capture the lead’s primary contact number.

Purpose: To store the lead’s email address for communication purposes.

Website: To record the lead’s associated website.

Company: To store the name of the lead’s organization or company.

Address: To log the physical address of the lead.

Source: To identify how the lead was acquired.
