Voice Record Profiles are configurations used in telephony systems to define how calls are recorded and managed. These profiles determine the rules and settings for call recording, including which calls to record, how they are stored, and whether certain features, such as pauses or triggers, are used. These profiles are particularly important in environments where recording is required for compliance, training, or quality control purposes.
