Time conditions are rules for specific hours, dates, or days of the week. They have two call targets for each condition, directing calls based on whether the time matches. These are commonly used to manage phone system responses during business hours and holidays. Before setting up a time condition call target, we must define time groups, which are lists of rules for incoming calls. These rules specify dates or times, allowing calls to be routed differently based on matching rules within a time group. It’s helpful to group similar time rules together, such as defining business hours or holidays.

To create a new Time Group, navigate to NextGenSwitch>  Incoming > Time Groups, where you’ll find the most important fields.
